2015 Seminole Club® and Chapter Scholarships

ScholarshipIt’s that time of year again, when Florida State University accepts new students to the Seminole family!

Below are some dates to think about when planning a scholarship deadline.

  • December 17, 2014 – First round of students were accepted
  • March 18, 2015 – Second round of students become accepted
  • May 1, 2015 – Last day for an accepted student to turn in a nonrefundable admission deposit

With May 1 being the last day for accepted students to turn in a nonrefundable $200 admission deposit, please consider pushing back scholarship application deadlines to sometime after Friday, May 1.

The FSU Alumni Association would like to help promote Seminole Club® and Chapter scholarships! As soon as you have the most up-to-date version of your club or chapter’s scholarship guidelines and application, please send them to Alumni staff so that we can include this information on our scholarship webpage.

As well, because the FSU Alumni Association is not allowed to share student email addresses with our clubs or chapters, please fill out a scholarship marketing request form with at least a 30 day notice of the scholarship deadline and we will happily send out an eBlast on behalf of your club or chapter.

**Remember: Never give a check directly to a student**
