FSU’s Homecoming Weekend

As most of you know, Homecoming celebrations have already started kicking off this week. We hope that you and your Seminole Club members can take part in the many Homecoming festivities still going on!

Friday, Nov. 15

  • Homecoming Parade
    Parade Route | 2 p.m.

    Members of the Seminole and Tallahassee communities celebrate Florida State’s rich traditions in this annual event. Dozens of colorful parade floats will be led by the 2013 Homecoming Parade Grand Marshal Bobby Bowden, accompanied by members of the 1993 National Championship Seminoles Football Team. Hosted by the FSU Student Alumni Association. Free to attend. (Can’t be in Tallahassee for Homecoming? Take part in FSU’s Legendary Spirit by watching the live broadcast of the Homecoming Parade on Friday, Nov. 15, at 2 p.m. EST.)
  • Pow Wow
    Donald L. Tucker Civic Center | 6 p.m.

    An evening of laughter and entertainment MC’d by the Voice of the Seminoles Gene Deckerhoff with headlining comedian Nick Offerman and Retta, performances by the FSU Marching Chiefs and FSU Cheerleaders and the crowning of the 2013 Homecoming Chief and Princess. Free for students with valid FSUID; general admissions starting at $24.

Saturday, Nov. 16

  • All College Alumni Tailgate
    President’s House | 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
    Enjoy food, live entertainment and fellowship with alumni and friends at this complimentary game day reception hosted by President and Mrs. Barron in their backyard. Parking is available at the Alumni Center with shuttle transportation to and from the stadium. Register online
