Reminder: Submit Annual Seminole Club Reporting

Good morning club leaders! We’re giving you a reminder that your annual Seminole Club reports were due to us last Sunday, June 1. The items that were due were:

If you have not submitted all the items listed above, please do so as soon as possible.

Some of you have explained to us that your club’s board rotations are happening later in June. If this is the case, please make sure that by Tuesday, July 1 you have solidified a new officer slate and that you have sent us this information.

As well, please remember to submit a file (example- excel file) of constituent data that your club has collected from the past six months and make sure this information is given to us by Tuesday, July 1. Collecting constituent data is so important for clubs, especially collecting data such as names, emails and home addresses.
