Seminole Service Day Follow-up

Seminole-Service-DayYour community is different because FSU Alumni live there!

Members of the FSU community helped make their neighborhoods a better place by participating in the Fourth Annual Seminole Service Day. People from all over the country came together to serve food in soup kitchens and food banks, build homes for the homeless, clean up high schools and beaches, volunteer with the Salvation Army and Ronald McDonald Charities, provide support to children and animals, and so much more.

“It’s so rewarding to see photos roll in from across the country,” says FSU Alumni Association President and CEO Scott Atwell. “Those images are tangible evidence of the Seminole spirit alive in communities from coast to coast — showcasing alumni serving as great ambassadors of our university.”

Be sure to follow up about your club or chapter’s success with the FSU Alumni Association by filling out a final report about your service project. As a reminder, the follow-up report is due to us by Tuesday, March 31. Send your club’s best three or four Seminole Service Day photos so we can include some in the next FSU Alumni Association’s VIRES® Magazine. Kindly send your favorite original, unedited and untouched photos by uploading them via the final report or email them to

Thank you again to all of our FANTASTIC alumni for all that you do!
